Notes:
On-site regular participants from developing countries will get one free online audience ticket upon registration.
* Undergraduate or graduate (Masters/PhD) student.
The conference dinner, scheduled for 14 May 2025, is priced at 300 CNY per person and is exclusively open to registered conference participants.
The on-site registration fee includes lunch and coffee breaks during the conference.
Attendees are responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses.

1. Receipts / Fapiao
The receipts / fapiao will be issued and sent to your email after the meeting. It may take some days to receive. Kindly provide the following information by filling the online form

2. Cancellation / Refund Policy
To request a cancellation, please send a written request via email with the subject line “Cancellation Request – [Your Name]” to imber@ecnu.edu.cn.
- Cancellations received on or before April 25, 2025 (China Standard Time)will be eligible for a refund, subject to a 10% processing fee.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after April 25, 2025.
3. Insurance
The organizers cannot accept liability for personal accident, loss, or damage to private property, which may be incurred as a result of the participation in the FO3. Participants are, therefore, advised to arrange appropriate insurance coverage.
4. Conference Notice in Chinese
The organizing committee will prepare a conference notice in Chinese to facilitate participation by Chinese experts and students.
