2. Cancellation / Refund Policy

To request a cancellation, please send a written request via email with the subject line “Cancellation Request – [Your Name]” to imber@ecnu.edu.cn.

• Cancellations received on or before April 25, 2025 (China Standard Time)will be eligible for a refund, subject to a 10% processing fee.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after April 25, 2025.

3. Insurance

The organizers cannot accept liability for personal accident, loss, or damage to private property, which may be incurred as a result of the participation in the FO3. Participants are, therefore, advised to arrange appropriate insurance coverage.

4. Conference Notice in Chinese

The organizing committee will prepare a conference notice in Chinese to facilitate participation by Chinese experts and students.
