Administration of IMBeR is carried out by the International Project Office.

IMECaN

IMBeR’s Interdisciplinary Marine Early Career Network – IMECaN – provides a networking platform for early career marine researchers to develop collaborations, access training, and to gain professional development including leadership opportunities, particularly for those from developing nations. Launched in 2019, IMECaN already has members from 96 countries.

National Contacts

IMBeR’s National Contacts help expand IMBeR’s global network. They provide links to scientists doing IMBeR-relevant research in their countries or regions, and promote IMBeR’s Science Plan and Implementation Strategy. They also promote the research of their home countries through IMBeR.
